Does SafarFill book or pay for me?
No. SafarFill only fills the passenger form. You check the details and complete the booking yourself, as always. It never books, issues or pays.
Which portals does it work with?
Akbar Travels, Alhind and Air Sial, plus the Muqeem visa check. Starter includes one portal of your choice; Standard includes all of them.
Can it read iqamas?
Yes, with Read with AI. The built-in reader is for passports. Read with AI is included in Starter and Standard, but not in the free trial.
What if a detail can't be read clearly?
The built-in reader checks the passport's check digits. Anything it can't confirm, such as names, is highlighted so you look at it before booking. For a hard photo, use Read with AI.
Can I fill a group booking?
Yes. Drop one PDF with many passports, or many photos at once, and fill each passenger in turn.
What about passports with only one name?
SafarFill applies airline name rules for one-name passports, so the name goes into the form the way airlines expect.
Why does it ask for the customer's mobile?
Airlines need a contact number for every booking. SafarFill won't fill until you enter it, so it's never forgotten.
Which computers does it run on?
Google Chrome on Windows, including older PCs with Chrome 109. It doesn't run on phones or tablets.
Does it need internet?
Yes. SafarFill checks your licence before each fill, so it needs an internet connection.
What is an AI read?
One passport or iqama page read with Read with AI. Your plan includes a number per month. The built-in reader is unlimited on every plan.
Are passport images stored?
No. The SafarFill server doesn't store passport or iqama images, or the details it reads. On your computer, images stay in the extension until you press Clear all.
What is sent when I press Read with AI?
That one image goes through the SafarFill server to our AI provider to read the details. Nothing goes to the AI unless you press the button, or switch on automatic sending in Settings.
How do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp. We send a quote, you pay by bank transfer or STC Pay, and we activate your licence key.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Each plan includes one computer. Add more for 25 SAR per computer per month.
